Ferns are grown for their foliage. This plant grows from 18 inches to 3 feet. Allow approximately 3 feet for spacing/spread.

This plant is evergreen so is good for winter foliage. It has a smooth glossy appearance and texture. It has quite a dark colour and straight, 'toothless' (undivided) wavy leaves which can grow up to 3 inches wide.

It likes partial shade. Prefers a moist soil - do not over water but do not allow to dry out.
