Origanum marjorana

Varieties of Marjoram are numerous and so are their similarities and differences.

Sweet marjoram can grow up to 3ft in height. It produces white to pink flowers.

It likes fun sun with a light soil, preferably with a slight acid content.

Pick leaves as required and use in an endless list of culinary dishes. It can also be dried or frozen.
