Satureja hortensis

Summer Savory grows in height to approximately 18 inches. It produces pink flowers. It is aromatic and in many ways similar to thyme. It likes a sunny spot.

Best to cut sprigs for culinary purposes before the plant flowers. It is known for being very good in bean dishes/recipes.
